An engaging and insightful Art Workshop was successfully conducted at DAV Police Public School on 4 April 2026, bringing together 90 enthusiastic students from Classes IX and XI. The workshop aimed to promote creativity, mindfulness, and awareness about the importance of reducing screen time in today’s digital age.

The session began with an interactive talk on “Digital Detox and Mindfulness”, where students actively participated and shared their thoughts. The discussion covered important topics such as the impact of excessive screen time, the importance of mindfulness, ways to avoid distractions while studying, and the role of creative and mindful hobbies in achieving a balanced lifestyle. The students’ responses reflected strong awareness and a willingness to adopt healthier habits.
Following the discussion, students participated in a Mandala Art Workshop, which encouraged self-expression, creativity, and focus. All participants were provided with Mandala Art books.

As a token of encouragement, all participants of the talk and interactive session were facilitated with A4 spiral registers on the theme “Digital Detox,” along with Mandala Art books to support their creative journey.

The Best Performers of the session — Ishi (Class IX), Ruchi Phogat (Class IX), and Aleena (Class XI) — were recognized and awarded sketchbooks for their creativity and thoughtful participation during the talk session.
The workshop concluded on a positive note, successfully fostering awareness about mindful living while nurturing artistic expression among students.
